Shipping & returns

Every Fly Brothers Aviation item is printed when you order it by our print partner, Printful, and shipped directly to you.

Shipping

• We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
• Orders are usually printed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Delivery typically takes another 3–8 business days after that.
• Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
• You’ll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or the wrong item arrives, email us within 30 days of delivery at flybrothersaviation@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, or it hasn’t moved for more than 10 business days, email us and we’ll work with the carrier and our print partner to sort it out.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders go to print quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can only change orders that haven’t started printing.
