Welcome to Fly Brothers Aviation. We are committed to conducting our business with professionalism, transparency, and a strong commitment to safety. The following policies explain the terms governing your use of our website, inquiries about our services, quotations, professional engagements, and submissions through our website.
Please read these policies carefully. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge the website terms described below. Separate written agreements may apply to specific services and will govern where their terms differ, subject to applicable law.
Important: This page provides general business policies and is not a substitute for a signed service agreement, insurance policy, or legal advice. Nothing on this page is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
1. Website Terms of Use
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
This website is operated by Fly Brothers Aviation LLC (“Fly Brothers Aviation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or using any information or services described here, you agree to comply with these Website Terms of Use and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the website.
1.2 Permitted Use
You may use this website to learn about Fly Brothers Aviation, inquire about services, request quotations, explore career opportunities, and access information about aviation training and professional development.
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or materially incomplete information.
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, certificates, flight experience, or professional history.
- Use this website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, forms, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with the website's operation, security, or availability.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without authorization.
- Submit malicious software, harmful code, or unauthorized automated requests.
We reserve the right to restrict website access, remove submissions, or decline inquiries when reasonably necessary to protect our business, users, systems, or legal interests.
1.3 Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information. However, website content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or descriptions that change as our services evolve.
Descriptions of services, aircraft capabilities, experience, qualifications, availability, geographic coverage, and pricing are provided for general informational purposes unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update website content without advance notice.
1.4 No Guarantee of Availability
Publication of a service on this website does not guarantee that it is available for a particular date, aircraft, location, client, or mission.
All engagements remain subject to availability, appropriate personnel, applicable qualifications, aircraft condition, insurance requirements, weather, operational feasibility, regulatory requirements, and mutually agreed terms.
1.5 Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to external websites, service providers, regulatory agencies, training resources, or other third-party platforms.
These links are provided for convenience. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fly Brothers Aviation does not control or endorse third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or independent business activities.
Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
↑ Back to top2. Quotations, Pricing & Estimates
2.1 All Quotes Are Subject to Change
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, all quotations, estimates, preliminary prices, and verbal pricing discussions are nonbinding estimates and are subject to change.
A quotation may be revised if information changes or additional circumstances arise, including:
- Aircraft type, configuration, condition, or maintenance status.
- Route, destination, departure location, or required positioning.
- Weather conditions, routing restrictions, or operational delays.
- Fuel prices, airport fees, landing fees, handling fees, or other third-party charges.
- Crew availability, pilot qualifications, insurance requirements, or client requirements.
- Permits, customs, international travel, or regulatory requirements.
- Additional services, schedule changes, waiting time, or extended travel.
- Information that was unavailable, inaccurate, or incomplete when the original quotation was prepared.
We will communicate material changes and seek client agreement when required by the applicable agreement or law.
2.2 Written Quotes and Acceptance
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking, reservation, or commitment to perform services unless and until the applicable terms have been accepted in writing by authorized parties.
A quotation may specify an expiration date, payment schedule, deposit requirement, assumptions, exclusions, and conditions of acceptance.
If no expiration date is specified, the quotation remains subject to confirmation by Fly Brothers Aviation before acceptance.
2.3 Expenses and Additional Charges
Unless expressly included in a written quotation, the client may be responsible for reasonable, documented expenses associated with an engagement. Depending on the assignment, these may include:
- Commercial transportation to or from the aircraft.
- Lodging, meals, and necessary ground transportation.
- Fuel, oil, and other agreed aircraft-related expenses.
- Airport, landing, parking, and handling fees.
- Permits, customs fees, and applicable international charges.
- Additional expenses resulting from client-requested changes or unforeseen circumstances.
The parties should establish in writing which expenses are included in the quoted price, which are billed separately, and how additional expenses will be approved and reimbursed.
2.4 Taxes
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted prices exclude applicable taxes and governmental charges that must legally be collected or paid separately.
Fly Brothers Aviation will apply taxes where required by law.
2.5 No Guaranteed Price Through Website Publication
Prices, rates, promotional offers, and service descriptions published online may be changed or withdrawn, subject to applicable law and any existing written agreement.
A previously accepted written agreement will not be changed unilaterally where the agreement or applicable law requires mutual consent.
↑ Back to top3. Aircraft Ferry Services
3.1 Scope of Services
Fly Brothers Aviation may offer aircraft ferry, repositioning, delivery, and related pilot services for aircraft owners, buyers, sellers, brokers, and other authorized clients.
The availability and scope of any service depend on the specific aircraft, proposed operation, pilot qualifications, insurance requirements, and applicable law.
The publication of ferry services does not constitute an offer to conduct every type of commercial flight or air transportation operation.
3.2 Aircraft and Mission Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information concerning the aircraft and proposed assignment, including, as applicable:
- Aircraft make, model, registration, and configuration.
- Airworthiness status and relevant maintenance records.
- Known mechanical discrepancies, damage, defects, or limitations.
- Aircraft documents, equipment, and applicable operating limitations.
- Fuel availability, airport access, and known route restrictions.
- Ownership, authorization, and any relevant insurance requirements.
Fly Brothers Aviation may request additional documentation or decline, postpone, or discontinue an assignment if material information is missing, inaccurate, or raises safety, legal, insurance, or operational concerns.
Providing information to us does not transfer the aircraft owner's maintenance or airworthiness responsibilities to Fly Brothers Aviation unless a separate written agreement and applicable law provide otherwise.
3.3 Safety and Operational Decisions
Safety takes priority over schedule, convenience, and commercial considerations.
The pilot responsible for an operation retains the authority and responsibility required by applicable law and the circumstances of the flight, including decisions concerning weather, aircraft airworthiness, routing, fuel reserves, performance, and whether to begin, continue, divert, delay, or terminate a flight.
No client, broker, owner, contractor, or employee may require a pilot to conduct an operation that the pilot reasonably determines to be unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with applicable requirements.
A decision to delay or discontinue a flight for legitimate safety or regulatory reasons does not, by itself, constitute a breach of the applicable agreement. Payment, cancellation, and expense consequences will be determined by the relevant written agreement and applicable law.
3.4 Operational Authority and Regulatory Compliance
Every operation must be conducted under the appropriate regulatory framework and applicable authorizations.
The nature of a ferry assignment, the parties' contractual arrangements, the aircraft, and the actual conduct of the operation determine the applicable requirements.
Nothing on this website represents that Fly Brothers Aviation is authorized to conduct air carrier, charter, passenger transportation, cargo transportation, or other regulated operations for which it does not hold the required authority.
Services will be limited to those that Fly Brothers Aviation and the personnel involved are legally authorized and appropriately qualified to perform.
3.5 Scheduling and Delays
Ferry schedules and estimated arrival times are estimates rather than guarantees unless a specific written agreement expressly provides otherwise and the commitment is lawful.
Weather, maintenance, air traffic control, airport restrictions, aircraft performance, crew availability, customs, and other circumstances may affect the schedule.
Fly Brothers Aviation will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and coordinate an appropriate response.
3.6 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for fulfilling their contractual obligations, providing accurate information, obtaining any required authorizations, and arranging agreed payments and expenses.
Clients must disclose known aircraft discrepancies and must not conceal information that could affect safety, insurance, or regulatory compliance.
Additional responsibilities, acceptance procedures, inspection arrangements, expense allocations, and liability terms should be established in the applicable written service agreement.
3.7 Insurance
Insurance arrangements vary by aircraft, owner, policy, operation, and pilot.
A client's existing aircraft insurance policy should not be assumed to cover every pilot, ferry operation, contractual arrangement, or liability exposure.
Before an assignment begins, the parties should verify applicable coverage, pilot approval requirements, permitted uses, geographic restrictions, deductibles, and any additional insured or certificate requirements.
Nothing on this website constitutes a representation that a particular aircraft, pilot, client, or operation is insured.
3.8 Cancellations and Abandoned Assignments
Cancellation rights, notice requirements, deposits, refunds, expense reimbursement, and compensation for work already performed will be governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
If an assignment cannot proceed because of an aircraft discrepancy, regulatory restriction, insurance issue, weather, or another material circumstance, the parties will coordinate an appropriate resolution consistent with safety and their contractual obligations.
↑ Back to top4. Flight Instruction & Training
4.1 Training Availability
Fly Brothers Aviation may provide or arrange flight instruction, ground instruction, proficiency development, or related aviation training through appropriately qualified personnel.
The specific services offered, instructor qualifications, aircraft availability, scheduling, rates, and training requirements will be established for each engagement.
Not every course, rating, endorsement, or training program is necessarily available at every location or through every instructor.
4.2 Training Is Not a Guarantee of Certification
Flight instruction and training do not guarantee the successful completion of a checkride, practical test, knowledge test, certificate, rating, endorsement, employment application, or other professional milestone.
Progress depends on numerous factors, including the student's preparation, proficiency, attendance, experience, individual learning needs, examiner availability, and applicable FAA requirements.
Students remain responsible for meeting applicable eligibility, aeronautical experience, knowledge, proficiency, medical, and other requirements.
4.3 Student Responsibilities
Students must provide accurate information about their certificates, ratings, flight experience, medical eligibility, and training history.
Students must comply with instructor directions, aircraft operating limitations, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
Instruction may be delayed, modified, or discontinued when safety, weather, aircraft condition, student readiness, or regulatory compliance requires it.
4.4 Training Records and Instructor Authority
Any required training records, endorsements, and certifications will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
No website statement, informal conversation, mentorship session, or payment alone constitutes an FAA endorsement, certificate, rating, or determination of proficiency.
Where a separate training agreement applies, its terms govern the engagement to the extent permitted by law.
↑ Back to top5. Career Mentorship & Professional Development
5.1 Nature of Mentorship
Fly Brothers Aviation may offer career mentorship, résumé assistance, interview preparation, professional guidance, career planning, and aviation industry education.
These services are intended to provide information and support professional development. They do not constitute a guarantee of employment, advancement, compensation, flight hours, aircraft access, or admission to any employer or training program.
5.2 Individual Results Vary
Career outcomes depend on individual qualifications, experience, market conditions, employer requirements, hiring decisions, networking, and other factors beyond our control.
Examples, personal experiences, and career paths described by Fly Brothers Aviation are illustrative and should not be interpreted as promises of a particular result.
5.3 No Employment Relationship Created
Participating in mentorship does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or independent contractor relationship with Fly Brothers Aviation.
Any employment or contract pilot engagement must be separately offered and documented.
5.4 Professional Decisions
Mentorship is not a substitute for independent professional judgment, official regulatory guidance, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice.
Participants remain responsible for their own career decisions, representations, applications, qualifications, and compliance with applicable requirements.
↑ Back to top6. Careers & Independent Contract Pilots
6.1 Applications and Opportunities
Fly Brothers Aviation may accept applications from pilots interested in contract ferry assignments, instructional opportunities, or other professional engagements.
Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, acceptance, employment, contract award, minimum number of assignments, flight hours, income, or future work.
Opportunities depend on business needs, client requests, aircraft qualifications, experience, availability, insurance, and applicable law.
6.2 Qualifications and Verification
Applicants must provide accurate information about their identity, certificates, ratings, flight experience, currency, training, and professional history.
Before an assignment, Fly Brothers Aviation may request relevant documentation, subject to applicable law, including:
- Pilot certificates and ratings.
- Government-issued identification where reasonably necessary.
- Medical qualification or other eligibility information where applicable.
- Logbook evidence and relevant experience.
- Currency, training, and proficiency records.
- References and insurance-related documentation.
- Other qualifications reasonably necessary for the specific assignment.
Applicants must promptly disclose any material change that affects their legal eligibility, qualifications, or suitability for an assignment.
6.3 Independent Contractor Status
Where an engagement is properly structured as an independent contractor relationship, the terms will be established in a separate written agreement.
The use of the words “contract pilot” or “independent contractor” does not, by itself, determine legal classification. The actual relationship and applicable law control.
Contract pilots are responsible for their own taxes and business obligations to the extent required by law. Fly Brothers Aviation will fulfill any tax reporting, withholding, insurance, or other obligations imposed on it.
Nothing in this section waives any worker rights or statutory protections that may apply.
6.4 Assignment-Specific Terms
Individual assignments may have separate written requirements concerning:
- Scope of work and aircraft.
- Compensation and payment timing.
- Approved expenses and reimbursement.
- Required certificates, experience, and insurance approval.
- Client instructions and operational authority.
- Documentation, confidentiality, and recordkeeping.
- Cancellations, delays, and incomplete assignments.
A pilot must not assume that an assignment has been awarded until the appropriate authorization and terms have been confirmed.
6.5 No Guaranteed Work or Income
Unless expressly agreed in a signed contract, Fly Brothers Aviation does not promise a minimum number of assignments, hours, revenue, or continuing engagement.
An application or inclusion in a pilot contact list does not create an entitlement to future work.
6.6 Application Information
Information submitted through a careers form may be used to assess qualifications, contact applicants, coordinate interviews, evaluate assignment suitability, and maintain relevant professional records.
Applicants should not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, full medical records, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form unless specifically requested through an appropriate, secure process.
Please see the Privacy Policy below.

↑ Back to top8. Website Disclaimer & No Professional Guarantee
8.1 General Information Only
Information published on this website is provided for general informational and business purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, website content does not constitute a binding offer to perform a service, a guarantee of availability, or a promise of any specific result.
8.2 No Substitute for Official Guidance
Aviation regulations, operating requirements, weather conditions, airport procedures, insurance terms, and industry practices can change.
Website content should not be used as the sole basis for a flight decision, regulatory determination, maintenance decision, insurance decision, or other safety-critical action.
Users must consult current official sources, applicable aircraft documentation, qualified professionals, and relevant authorities when making operational decisions.
8.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes
To the extent permitted by law, Fly Brothers Aviation does not guarantee any particular outcome from training, mentorship, career assistance, or general information.
Examples of possible outcomes include passing an examination, receiving a certificate, securing employment, obtaining a particular rate of pay, completing a ferry assignment within a specified time, or achieving a particular level of proficiency.
↑ Back to top9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fly Brothers Aviation will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on general website information, where such exclusion is legally enforceable.
This provision does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Nothing on this page is intended to release a party from its own negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or other liability to the extent such release would be prohibited by law.
Specific services may be governed by separate written agreements containing additional risk allocation, insurance, indemnification, and liability provisions, subject to applicable law.
No general website disclaimer substitutes for an appropriate aviation service agreement or legally enforceable risk allocation.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a person or entity that uses this website unlawfully, submits fraudulent information, infringes our intellectual property, or materially breaches these Website Terms may be responsible for losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs directly resulting from that conduct.
Any indemnification obligations associated with a ferry assignment, training engagement, or contractor relationship must be established in the applicable written agreement.
Nothing in this section creates an obligation to indemnify another party for losses where such an obligation would be prohibited by law.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Fly Brothers Aviation name, logos, original website copy, graphics, branding elements, and other original content on this website are owned by Fly Brothers Aviation or used with permission.
You may view and use the website for personal, informational, and legitimate business inquiry purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our protected content without prior authorization, except as permitted by law.
Aircraft manufacturers' names, logos, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
If you believe content on our website infringes your rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the material and explain your concern.
12. Confidentiality & Submitted Materials
Information submitted through this website will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, submitting an inquiry, business proposal, résumé, or general suggestion does not create a confidential relationship or obligate Fly Brothers Aviation to accept, retain, or act upon the submission.
Please do not submit proprietary, export-controlled, restricted, or confidential information unless you are authorized to do so and an appropriate method and agreement are in place.
Any confidentiality obligations arising from an actual client, contractor, or business relationship will be governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
13. Electronic Communications
By contacting Fly Brothers Aviation electronically, you acknowledge that we may respond by email or other electronic means.
Electronic communications may be used for quotations, scheduling, service coordination, invoices, application updates, and other business matters.
Unless a separate agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, an informal email, message, or verbal discussion should not be assumed to amend a signed agreement or authorize a new assignment.
Electronic signatures and electronic records may be used where permitted by applicable law.
Please keep copies of important quotations, accepted terms, invoices, and signed agreements.
14. Force Majeure & Events Beyond Our Control
Aviation operations may be affected by circumstances outside a party's reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, airport closures, air traffic restrictions, government actions, public emergencies, labor disruptions, fuel availability, security events, and other unforeseen conditions.
To the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement, a party will not be treated as having breached an obligation solely because performance is prevented or materially delayed by such an event.
The affected party should provide reasonable notice where practicable and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
This provision does not automatically excuse payment obligations for services already performed or expenses already incurred, nor does it override any specific allocation of risk in a signed agreement.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Website Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
To the extent legally permissible, disputes arising specifically from these Website Terms may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Idaho.
This section does not override mandatory consumer protections, jurisdictional requirements, or dispute-resolution provisions in a separate signed agreement.
Nothing in these terms prevents a party from pursuing rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Website Terms is found unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law. If that is not possible, the provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Website Terms and the associated policies constitute the general terms governing use of this website.
They do not replace separate signed agreements governing specific services, assignments, training engagements, employment relationships, or contractor arrangements.
Where a signed agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement will control for that engagement to the extent permitted by law.
17. Policy Updates
Fly Brothers Aviation may update these terms and policies as its services, operations, technology, and legal requirements evolve.
The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable update date.
Changes will not retroactively alter a signed agreement where such alteration is prohibited by the agreement or applicable law.
Visitors are encouraged to review this page periodically.
